By playing Windbag Wars, published by Monryte SRL (Romania), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and the App Store / Google Play terms of service.
Coins, gems, pilots, themes and other in-app items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and exist only within the app. Purchases are final except where required by law or store policy.
Windbag Club is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store / Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it from your device's subscription settings — not within the app.
Leaderboards and leagues are for fun. Don't cheat, exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or use offensive display names — we may reset scores or remove accounts that do.
The app is provided "as is". Online features (leaderboards, leagues, purchases) require a connection and third-party services that may occasionally be unavailable; core gameplay works offline.
To the extent permitted by law, Monryte SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These terms were last updated 24 October 2026. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
